Learning outcomes
PLO9. To realize the main features of the modern world and national economy, the institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.
PLO 11. To be able to analyze the processes of government authorities and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations
PLO13. To identify sources and understand the methodology of determination and methods for obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and social indicators.
PLO22. To demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in new situations, in working with new objects and in uncertain conditions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the courses "English", "Economics", "Macroeconomics". Knowledge of the main theoretical aspects of macroeconomics.
Course content
The academic discipline focuses on the policy issues and practice in macroeconomics by providing theoretical frameworks that are geared to discussing the most exciting, current, major debates in the macroeconomic policy field. It examines the government budget and its relationship to government debt, the long- and short run effects of budget deficits, tax cuts, and government spending, macroeconomic results of different monetary policy mechanism, effects of exchange rate fluctuations on the economy etc. It consists of the Module 1, which studies the basics and patterns of macroeconomic anti-crisis policy and the policy of full employment, anti-inflationary policy; Module 2, devoted to monetary, financial, social polices and macroeconomic policу in the open economy.
