Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, the National Property Appraisal Standards, methods and other normative acts that establish the procedure for conducting real estate appraisals, the composition and content of technical documentation and reports, requirements for them, their order implementation. 2. Be able to work with the normative and source base in information and search systems, correctly apply the provisions of normative legal acts, justify one's own position with reference to the normative base and draw conclusions, independently solve practical situations in the field of real estate evaluation, geodesy, land management and cadastre. 3. Possess skills: interpretation of legal norms, development of various documentation related to the assessment of real estate, land plots, work with information bases of geodetic data, use a public cadastral map.
Course content
When studying the disciplines, knowledge about land as an object of legal regulation, about land law as a branch of law and science, about the sources of land law, about rights to land and obligations in land law, guarantees of their implementation, about management and state regulation in this area, legal protection of land, legal responsibility for land offenses, as well as knowledge of legal regimes of land of different categories.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
lecture and seminar classes, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation forms: 1. report - from 3 to 5 points; 2. supplementing the report - from 1 to 3 points; 3. express survey - from 3 to 5 points; 4. solving practical problems, tasks - from 2 to 3 points; 5. tests - from 6 to 10 points; 6. two final test papers - from 6 to 10 for one module (total from 12 to 20 points). Final assessment: a written exam that includes answers to questions. The exam is conducted in the form of a written paper according to the ticket system, which includes answers to three ticket questions. The teacher provides the list of exam questions to the students in advance.
