Learning outcomes
Know the basic methods of studying nonlinear dynamical systems.
Know the properties of self-oscillating systems and the conditions of existence and occurrence of autowaves in nonequilibrium systems.
Know the role of stochastic processes on the behavior of dynamic systems.
Be able to study the stability of dynamic systems.
Be able to apply modern research methods to solve practical problems in nonlinear physics.
Acquire skills of independent use and study of literature in nonlinear physics and synergetics.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic principles of statistical physics, thermodynamics, classical mechanics and physical kinetics.
2. Be able to solve problems in the theory of differential equations in ordinary and partial derivatives, stability theory of dynamical systems, quantum mechanics and classical mechanics.
3. Have the skills to search for and study specialized literature, solutions algebraic and differential equations, work with interactive and multimedia means, interaction with colleagues during training.

2. Static instabilities.
3. Stability of dynamic systems.
4. Self-oscillating processes.
5. Chaos in dynamic systems.
6. The concept of turbulence.
7. Structures in open systems.
8. Nonlinear wave processes.
9. Shock waves.
10. Autowave processes.
11. Elements of the theory of solitons.
12. Nonlinear models in KTP.
13. Classical problems of nonlinear science.
