Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know and understand: essential features of business and its main differences from other types of economic activity; Be able to: logically, consistently and reasonedly (orally and in writing) express considerations regarding the main philosophical problems of organizing business processes; analyze business strategies and determine the extent of their effectiveness in the context of existing social institutions; Autonomy and responsibility: find the information you need from different sources, organize it, evaluate its reliability, explain the significance, make informed decisions; demonstrate the ability to work in a team and independently, identify initiative, avoid uncritically following authorities; take responsibility for the reliability of conducted research and make creative decisions in problem situations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know the essence, specificity, as well as socio-economic, axiological and cultural features of such a social phenomenon as business. 2. To be able to collect and interpret information about meaningful phenomena and structural levels of deployment of business activities; to work with her categorical and conceptual apparatus; identify the peculiarities of business processes in the conditions of digitalization. 3. To have the skills of working with philosophical and economic texts; production of complex oral and written analytical messages; interaction and cooperation in learning in situations of a creative and searching nature.

Content of the educational program Topic 1. Philosophy, economics, philosophy economics and business philosophy. Topic 2. Business philosophy in the context of game theory. Topic 3.Business ontology: main categories, features, risks and success criteria. Topic 4. Branding philosophy: content, essence, functions. Topic 5. Business and leadership. Topic 6. Capital, property and wealth as components of the business process. Theme 7. Culture, ethics and social business responsibility. Topic 8. Ideology, power, social institutions and business. Part 2. Philosophical analysis of business cases: strategic component Topic 9. Go game strategies in the context of business processes. Topic 10. 36 Chinese stategames and their practical significance for business activities (1-2 1 3 12 strategies).

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 100 points / MIN – 60 points): 1. Oral survey, participation in discussions – 42 points / 28 points; 2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 11 points max. each) – 22 points / 12 points; 3. Independent work – 36 points / 20 points; . Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline. The final grade for the discipline is assigned to the student based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points received during the academic semester, including points received for independent work and final control work.
