Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: the basics of public administration and administration in the field of regional budget policy; regulatory and legal provision of public management and administration in the field of local finance and budget Be able to: use regulatory the legal basis of public management and administration in the field of local finance and budget; apply analytical methods for assessment and analysis of regional policy in the field budgeting autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate ability form judgments about the causes and consequences of state intervention in the economic sphere, taking into account scientific, political, social, moral factors; the ability to continue learning with a significant degree of autonomy; work as part of a project group for the development and implementation of analytical research, bear responsibility within the limits of their powers in the group

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. Know: the subject and methods of economic theory, basic economic laws, the institutional structure of public administration, the basics of financial analysis and statistics. 2. To be able to use quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis regarding economic phenomena and processes, analytical and statistical methods of processing information regarding the socio-economic development of territorial entities, work with national and international databases, generalize and systematize information. 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, working with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical (seminar) classes - max. 35 points / min. 21 points. 2. Control works - max. 20 points / min. 12 points (two modular test papers) 3. Independent work - max. 5 points / min. 3 points 4. Individual analytical work - mach. 20 points / min. 12 points. Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed - final assessment
