Learning outcomes To know: theoretical principles of forecasting the socio-economic development of regions; basic methods of demographic forecasting the development of the region Be able to: independently navigate in legislative and program system documents on the analysis, forecasting and planning of the socio-economic development of the region; analyze and forecast socio-economic processes at the regional level autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the process of socio-economic development of the region; Justification of the problems of social economic processes of the region's development

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the regional socio-economic system, the content of its main components; system of laws and principles of socio-economic development; peculiarities of the development of certain industries, spheres and types of activity, their aspects; the main problems of socio-economic development of the regions of Ukraine and directions for their solution; basic principles and functions of forecasting; existing approaches to the analysis of socio-economic development of the region. 2. To be able to use the acquired knowledge in the analysis of socio-economic processes and assessment of the development of regions; predict possible options for the development of socio-economic processes, taking into account the existing trends and the outlined goal;

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical (seminar) classes - max. 5 points / min. 3 points 2. Independent work is a breeze. 45 points / min. 27 points. 3. Individual analytical work - mach. 30 points / min. 18 points. - final evaluation Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
