LO4. To make a psychological prognosis for the development of personality, groups, organizations. LO5. To develop programs of psychological interventions (training, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.), implement them in individual and group work, evaluate their quality.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the psychological aspects of activity and the organization of psychological influence; psychological foundations of the organization of dialogic communication; patterns of personality sociogenesis. 2. To be able to organize and investigate the process of personality socialization; develop and use personal resources for the development of personality as an agent of his/her life; to investigate psychological difficulties in the process of personality socialization; apply facilitative, supervisory and coaching practices in the work of a psychologist. 3. Have elementary skills: organize and carry out psychodiagnostic examination using valid and reliable methods; summarize empirical data and formulate theoretical conclusions; conduct educational work, provide psychological counseling; conduct psychodiagnostics; take into account personal, socio-psychological factors during psychological counseling on socialization problems.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide general theoretical and practical training of students in the interdisciplinary field of psychological science - the psychology of professional socialization, as well as to promote the development of modern psychological technologies for effective psychological support of the professional socialization of individual and group clients. It is aimed to training a psychologist as a professional from the standpoint of developing his professional subjectivness and acquiring practical skills for psychological support of the professional development of individual and group clients. It allows to understand the complex process of the personality profession in the context of his/her socialization as a specialist, shows the theoretical and methodological approaches of this phenomenon study; reveals patterns, factors, psychological mechanisms, effects and difficulties of personality professional socialization; multiplicity of means, techniques, methods of psychological support of personality professional socialization.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment of students' success is carried out during training sessions and based on the results of preparing a report on practical work and writing a final test. Assessment of semester educational results (ER) of work: presentation in class, participation in discussion, additions: 18/30 points. Report on practical work: 18/30 points. Final control work: 24/40 points. The final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the grade received on the exam. If the student's grade on the exam is below the minimum threshold level (60%, 24 points), then the exam points are not added to the semester grade (considered equal to zero), and the final grade in the discipline is unsatisfactory. Evaluation organization: after topic 1, a report on practical work is completed; after topic 2, the student completes the final test.
