Learning outcomes
Determine supply and demand in the labor market, analyze the structure of employment and unemployment (PLO 8). To analyze the functioning and development of economic entities, to determine the functional areas, to calculate the relevant performance indicators of their activities (PLO 9). Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and interpret the results (PLO 11). Perform interdisciplinary analysis of socio-economic phenomena and processes in one or more professional areas (PLO 18).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. knowledge of the theoretical foundations of higher mathematics, probability theory and mathematical statistics, economics, management, insurance; 2. be able to assess, analyze the causes and consequences of risk, taking into account various uncertain situations; 3. possession of basic skills of mathematical modeling, forecasting, methods of economic analysis, work in Excel.
Course content
The discipline is a theoretical and practical basis for a set of knowledge and skills that form the educational level of the bachelor's degree in "Economic Analysis and Statistics" and includes a range of issues related to risk research, risk assessment, analysis and forecasting of dangerous situations. based on which to make recommendations on effective risk management measures for decision-makers. Students should get an idea of ​​risk analysis, the results of recommendations arising from the modeling of risk situations, and use them in practice. The course is built using modern Western and domestic financial literature.

The purpose of the discipline is to get acquainted with modern scientific achievements in theoretical issues of risk, mastering scientific achievements in theoretical issues of risk, ways to assess risk situations, methods of obtaining the end result and choosing the optimal strategy in uncertainty, chance and conflict.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) 1. Oral interview, discussion - 10 points / 6 points; 2. Solving problems - 20 points / 12 points; 3. Testing - 20 points / 12 points; 4. Modular test - 20 points / 12 points; 5. Independent work - 10 points / 6 points; 6. Final test - 20 points / 12 points.
