Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Know and use economic terminology, explain the basic concepts of micro-and macroeconomics.
PLO 5. Explain the models of socio-economic phenomena, guided by the fundamental principles and knowledge of the main directions of economic science.
PLO 7. Understand the main features of the modern world and national economy, institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state
PLO 8. Determine supply and demand in the labor market, analyze the structure of employment and unemployment.
PLO 11. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and interpret the results

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- Know: the basic concepts of the course "Economics". - Have basic methods, theoretical and practical knowledge in the disciplines of "Economics", "Economic History".
Course content
The discipline "Macroeconomics" considers the problems of modern macroeconomics, which allow students to gain theoretical and practical knowledge, expands the economic worldview of students and create a scientific basis for professional activities. The discipline "Macroeconomics" is one of the components of comprehensive training of specialists at the educational level "Bachelor" specialty 051 "Economics". The discipline "Macroeconomics" consists of 2x the following content modules: Content module 1: "Theoretical foundations of the study of macroeconomic processes", which includes the study of the basic theoretical principles of macroeconomic theory and macroeconomic processes; Content module 2: "Macroeconomic instability and macroeconomic policy", which examines the main factors and causes of macroeconomic imbalances, measures to restore it, as well as types and tools of macroeconomic policy.
