Learning outcomes
The ability to demonstrate necessary knowledge of legal institutions and provisions of civil, administrative, economic and other fields of law on transport activities regulation; form personal well-grounded judgments based on the knowledge of relevant branches of law; to apply the acquired knowledge from different fields of law to legal situations that arise in the transport sector; to formulate legal conclusions with sufficient substantiation by applying specific acts of transport legislation.

Course content
The course provides students with the peculiarities of legal organization of the transport system of Ukraine, basic norms of transport legislation, basic institutions: maritime law, air, motor vehicle, railway law etc.

Types of classes include lectures, seminars, independent work. Assessment methods are questioning, testing, problem solving.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of formative assessment are chosen by the teacher who conducts practical lessons in compliance with the course syllabus. At the end of the course, students take a credit.
