PR9. Plan research, choose effective research methods and their material support. PR11. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Biochemistry", "Molecular Biology", "Biophysics" 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mathematics, physical chemistry, molecular physics, biochemistry, molecular biology and biophysics 3. Ability to independently apply knowledge of molecular biology, etc. disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific literature.
Course content
The course is devoted to the basic principles of structural organization, physical behavior and functioning of DNA. The structure and conformational mobility of DNA, mechanisms of stabilization of the double helix, regularities of its cooperative structural transformations, electrostatics of DNA, basics of polymer physics, topology of circular DNA, structure and conformational dynamics of protein-nucleic complexes, thermodynamics and kinetics nucleotide sequence of proteins, principles of modern methods of research of nucleic acids and protein-nucleic interactions.

-semester assessment: 1. Modular control for work1 (remote): PH 1.1 - 10 points / 5 points 2. Modular test 2 (remotely): PH 1.2 - 10 points / 5 points 3. Final modular test: PH 1.1 - 4.1 - 20 points / 10 points 4. Laboratory works (2 works): PH 2.1, 2.2, 3.1– 10 points / 5 points for each - final assessment: in the form of an exam
