Course content
The course is devoted to the basic principles of protein interactions with nucleic acids. The structure and conformational mobility of protein-nucleic complexes, bases of thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of protein-nucleic interactions, mechanisms of specific recognition of nucleotide sequences by proteins, principles of modern methods of research of protein-nucleic interactions are considered.
