PR03. Carry out coordinated work for the result in the team, taking into account public, state and industrial interests. PR06. Analyze biological phenomena and processes at the molecular, cellular, organismal, population-species and biosphere levels in terms of basic general scientific knowledge, as well as using special modern research methods. Apply during research knowledge of the peculiarities of the development of modern biological science, the basic methodological principles of scientific research, methodological and methodological tools for conducting research in specialization. PR20. On the basis of in-depth knowledge of natural sciences to form an idea of ​​the laws of individual and historical development of biological systems at different levels of organization, the role of systemic processes in their formation, functioning and plasticity, features of their cooperative interaction.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of disciplines "Botany", "Plant Physiology", "Biochemistry", "Microbiology", "General Genetics", "Biotechnology", "Plant Growth and Development". 2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of plant anatomy and physiology, microbiology, general genetics, etc. disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Possession of basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological and biotechnological laboratories.
Course content
The discipline "Phytobiotechnology" is a component of the training cycle of specialists of the educational level "Master" in the educational program "Biology" (specialization "Plant Biology"). It covers the peculiarities of nutrition and cultivation conditions of plant cells, tissues and organs in vitro, methods of growing isolated plant cells, tissues and organs depending on the purpose of research, microclonal plant propagation, cell selection, cryopreservation of plants, production of biologically active substances, cellular and genetic engineering .
