Learning outcomes
Tasks of studying the discipline are aimed at forming the following competencies in students: to analyze social processes in the context of the problem of contractual regulation of relations in the field of intellectual property and to demonstrate their own vision of ways to solve it; to formulate own reasonable judgments on the basis of the analysis of problems of contractual regulation of relations in the field of intellectual property; demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the nature and content of basic legal institutions and norms of intellectual property law.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites for mastering the discipline: 1. To know the main aspects of the formation and development of legal institutions; general principles of legal regulation of property relations, the system of contracts. 2. Be able to assess and determine the role and objectives of contractual regulation of intellectual property relations. 3. To have basic skills in preparing draft legal documents and, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation, to resolve conflicts that arise in the field of contractual regulation of intellectual property relations.
Course content
The discipline "Contractual regulation of intellectual relations property" is part of professional training of specialists at Bachelor in Law program cycle at the Education and Research Law School of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The main components of the discipline are the formation of competencies aimed at demonstrating scientific approaches, basics of methodology and methods of researching the problems of contracts in the field of intellectual property law; ability to assess and analyze legal problems and practical legal situations in the field of implementation of contractual principles of intellectual property law.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The study of the discipline includes lectures, seminars; polls (express survey)/testing/essay (reference paper) on the proposed topic; module tests; self-study, individual assignments; credit (exam).
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of ongoing performance evaluation can be: express survey, report, research, testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones), case solving (tasks), module test (final test work). During the ongoing performance evaluation at seminars, the following are assessed: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activeness in discussing the issues of the seminar, regular work in the classroom, the results of self-study. The discipline is taught in one term. 10 days before the beginning of the session, the teacher who conducts the seminars no longer accepts missing assignments. For students who have not scored the minimum threshold level of assessment, a final test is conducted.
