PLO 3. To know and use economic terminology, explain the basic concepts of micro- and macroeconomics PLO 4. To understand the principles of economics, especially the functioning of economic systems and methods of economic policy. PLO 5. To apply analytical and methodical tools for substantiating proposals and making managerial decisions by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and government authorities). PLO 7. To explain the models of socio-economic phenomena from the point of view of fundamental principles and knowledge on the basis of understanding the basic directions of the development of economics and economic policy.

Subject, methodology and functions of economic theory. System of economic needs and interests. The essence, structure and typology of economic systems. Forms of organization of social production. The essence, types and infrastructure of the market. Competition and monopoly. Production costs and profits. Structure and distribution of income of economic agents. Antitrust and social policy. State regulation of agrarian relations. Content, types and models of social reproduction. National accounting system. Interaction of aggregate demand and aggregate supply, macroeconomic equilibrium. Factors, types and models of economic growth. Cyclical economic development. Inflation and unemployment. Theory of taxation. Financial and credit systems. State regulation of the national economy.

Work on seminars of content part 1 (speeches, additions, participation in discussions and debates, fulfillment of tests and creative tasks): RS 1.1-1.4; RS 2.2-2.5 - Max 10 points / Min 6 points. 2. Midterm test 1: RS 1.1-1.4; RS 2.1-2.5 - Max 10 points / Min 6 points. 3. Work on seminars of content part 2 (speeches, additions, participation in discussions and debates, fulfillment of tests and creative tasks): RS 1.1-1.4; RS 2.1-2.5 - Max 10 points / Min 6 points. 4.
