PR05. Know the molecular organization and regulation of gene expression, replication, recombination and repair, restriction and modification of genetic material in proto eukaryotes, the strategy of creating recombinant DNA for targeted design of biological agents. PR07. Have the skills to isolate, identify, store, cultivate, immobilize biological agents, optimize nutrient media, choose the best methods of analysis, isolation and purification of the target product, using modern biotechnological methods and techniques inherent in a particular area of ​​biotechnology.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of disciplines of PR "Bachelor". Ability to independently apply knowledge and skills acquired during the mastery of bioorganic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology; to search and analyze scientific literature. Possession of skills in working with materials and equipment used in practical biotechnology and biochemistry.
Course content
The discipline "Molecular mechanisms of intracellular regulation and management of biosynthesis" is part of the training cycle of specialists of the educational level "Master" in the educational program "Biotechnology". It acquaints the student with the features of molecular mechanisms of complex multistage process of matrix protein synthesis and posttranslational processes of formation of functionally active proteins. The course masters the basic laws and molecular-biochemical and biotechnological aspects of the regulation of this biosynthetic process.
