PL13. Understand the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in modern economic conditions and demonstrate an understanding of their market positioning. PL14. Course content
The discipline "Money and Credit" is one of the basic economic disciplines, as it reveals modern concepts of the impact of money and credit on economic development. Every time there is an imbalance in the monetary sphere, the consequence is the development of crises in the economy. Instead, stabilizing the situation in the financial intermediation system and in the financial market is the key to sustainable economic development. Understanding these processes is an extremely important component of training future economists. This discipline highlights the essence and features of the functioning of the monetary sphere, in particular money circulation, money supply and money market, inflation and deflationary processes and more. Much attention is focused on the specifics of the credit sphere, in particular, the issues of lending in the modern economy, the role and purpose of financial intermediaries.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment of 100 points maximum / 60 points minimum: 1. Survey (PH 1.1 - 2.4, 4.1) -10 points / 6 points; 2. Participation in discussions at seminars (RN 3.2) - 10 points / 6 points; 3. Modular test 1 (RN 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.3) - 10 points / 6 points 4. Modular test 2 (RN 1.3, 1.4, 2.2) - 10 points / 6 points 5. Protection of independent work (RN 2.4 , 3.1, 4.1) - 40 points / 24 points; 5.1. Abstract and its defense according to the content module 1 "Theory of Money" - 20 points 5.2. Preparation of a report on the problem and its presentation in the form of a poster on the content module 2 "Credit Theory". Carried out by a group of students from 2 to 4 people. It is estimated at 20 points. 6. Final test (test) (RN 1.1 - 2.4, 4.1) - 20 points / 12 points. - final evaluation in the form of final control work • 'takes place in the form of tests.
