Successful mastering of courses Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of molecular biology, bioorganic and biochemistry. Possession of skills in working with devices used in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Course content
The discipline is basic for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the system of professional training of educational level "master". The discipline is designed to form in applicants an idea of the molecular basis of the development of pathological conditions caused by certain changes in metabolic processes in the body. Studying the fundamentals of the development of pathological conditions of various origins will allow students to gain some knowledge that can be used in research in biology, medicine, pharmacology, as well as in developing diagnostic criteria and methods, obtaining potential pharmacological drugs.
