PR01. Demonstrate communication in dialogue with colleagues and the target audience, conduct professional scientific discussions, reflect in writing and present the results of their research in Ukrainian. PR02. Identify the possibility of communicating in a foreign language in a dialogue with colleagues and target audience. PR03. Use theories and laws of mathematics, physics, chemistry and other sciences to solve problems of modern biology. PR04. Understand the basic terms, concepts, principles, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and on the boundaries of subject areas. PR14. Use knowledge and understanding of the basics of general ecology, the principles of optimal nature management and nature protection.

Full-time form

1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of anatomy, microbiology, virology, botany, plant physiology and biochemistry. 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of microbiological indicators. 4. Possession of basic skills in the use of microbiological methods to identify the causative agent of bacterial plant diseases. 5. The use of special literature to interpret the results obtained during studies of the causative agent of bacterial plant diseases.

The discipline is a basic discipline and is devoted to the study of the properties of phytopathogenic microorganisms, methods of diagnosing bacterial plant diseases; methods of isolation and identification of phytopathogenic microorganisms and methods of control of bacterial infections of plants. Representatives of phytopathogenic bacteria, their pathogenic properties, diseases they cause, the course of the infectious process of bacteriosis and means of preventing and controlling plant bacterioses are considered.
