Possession of basic skills of targeted use of laboratory equipment and / or reagents. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The discipline is selective and is devoted to the study of preparative, analytical and preparative-analytical methods of obtaining and analyzing biological macromolecules, subcellular components and cells, based on the dependence of the physical characteristics of the substance on its structure and chemical composition. The discipline is also designed to create an idea of the principles of application of these methods and the formation on their basis of a methodological strategy for solving problems in microbiological and immunological basic research and laboratory diagnostics.
