Learning outcomes
Know the formation and development of legal regulation of labor relations; the concept of labor management as a legal category; organizational relations; regulatory and legal support and forms of regulation of labor organization; Know the legal status and powers of the main actors in the management of labor; legal bases of organization and implementation of personnel work Analyze doctrinal provisions, legislation on labor organization and practice of its application, identify existing problems and suggest possible ways to solve them Solve complex legal cases which are the subject of labor relations Develop projects of local and individual regulatory acts (their constituent parts) governing the relations of labor organisation
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the features and characteristics of labor relations; provisions of the doctrine of labor law; provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, international acts (MLS conventions, international treaties, acts of the European Union, etc.), the Labor Code of Ukraine and other regulations governing labor relations (general legislation). Be able to independently study the research literature, apply labor law, analyze case law, operate with key concepts and categories of labor law, make structural and logical schemes of the relationship between categories of labor law, draw sound conclusions. Have the skills to determine the legal nature of the relationship in terms of realization of a person's ability to work; resolving legal cases.
Course content
Forms and methods of teaching this discipline are aimed at: providing legal analysis of labor legislation of Ukraine, MSL acts and others; study of theoretical and practical issues on the peculiarities of legal regulation of labor organization: doctrinal approaches to the concept of labor organization as a component of labor law, forms and regulatory principles of labor organization in Ukraine, implementation of legal characteristics of legal status and powers of major actors; features of legal regulation of certain types of organizational relations of individual and collective nature in labor law; determining the legal basis for the personnel work management.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final score for this discipline can be 100 points. A student can score a maximum of 60 points for an exam, to which the points scored by a student during the semester are added, maximum 40 points. To score an overall positive assessment for the discipline, the score for the exam should not be less than 36 points. If a student scored less than 36 points for an exam, the latter is not added to the semester score. "Exam scores" are set to "0", and only the number of points scored during the semester is transferred to the "score" column.
