Learning outcomes
Obtaining professional competence within the educational qualification level of “Master” in the “Law” specialty, “Labor Law”" specialization necessary for practical application of legal procedures in connection with the resolution of individual labor disputes, conflict resolution of employees and employers. Obtaining information on the content of legal norms governing the procedure for resolving labor disputes. Acquisition of knowledge about the main contradictions of judicial practice that has developed in the resolution of labor disputes. Gaining the ability to independently find and evaluate the arguments of conflicting positions in the representation in the procedures of labor disputes resolution.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the procedure peculiarities of the labor disputes legal regulation. Possessing skills of participation in procedures of the individual labor disputes resolution. Passing of the exam in the “Labor Law” discipline

Assessment methods and criteria
The evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Attendance at lectures and practical classes, performance of the types of independent work established by the program are obligatory for a successful course completion. Correspondence scale (on a 100-point scale): 1 - 59 - not credited, 60 - 100 – credited.
