3. to analyze cultural rights and human freedoms, forms and mechanisms of their identification, inculturation, cultural adaptation, taking into account their regional specifics
4 to popularize the profession of culturologist, adhering to ethical principles.
5. to organize and maintain communication with the authorities, research institutions, information and analytical services, mass media about the culture
6. to communicate fluently in official and foreign languages orally and in writing to discuss professional issues, presentation of research results and projects.
8. to make effective decisions to solve complex tasks and practical problems of cultural development of society.
9. to organize and manage the activities of cultural institutions and appropriate departments of enterprises and institutions.
10. to have decision making skills in management of cultural institutions or appropriate departments in unforeseen work and / or learning contexts

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Prior to studying this course, students must know main stages and characteristics of historic cultural process and multidimensionality of contemporary cultural space; basic cultural studies theories and methods of cultural studies research; basic cultural studies categories.
2. Students must be able to collect and interpret information concerning phenomena of culture, culture processes and events; to apply notions and concepts of theoretical cultural studies to the research of contemporary institutional forms of cultural life; to distinguish actual sociocultural problems and to justify principles and ways of their resolving; to use achieved knowledge and skills in research, educative organizational and educative activities.
3. Students must have basic skills of the research and information management; critical attitude and prognosis concerning political, economic, cultural and arts events and phenomena; the using of foreign language professional information resources.
Course content
Part of the course 1. Professional and corporate ethics in the context of applied turn in the theory of morality. Applied and professional ethics in the structure of ethical knowledge. Professional ethics. Corporate ethics and ethical infrastructure. Corporate social responsibility. Part of the course 2. Socio-normative concretization of morality in modern practices. University ethics. Fundamentals of pedagogical ethics. Ethics of science. Information ethics. Bioethics. Environmental ethics.

The total number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final test. The credit is set basing on the results of the student's work during the semester and does not provide for additional assessment activities.
