The results of training are the acquisition of special knowledge in the field of enterprise management, basic theoretical principles and the development of the necessary practical skills to effectively carry out analytical and management activities at the enterprise.

External form

1. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of psychology, sociology, economic theory 2. Ability to analyze scientific sources and statistical information, process data and calculate key economic indicators. 3. Mastery of skills: using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point.

The discipline studies the essence of the concept of management; integrated approaches to management; evolution of theories, concepts and schools of management; laws and principles of management; modern management concepts; modern view on the definition of organization in society and economy: the environment of the organization and its analysis; issues of classification of management functions and their role in management (planning, organization, motivation, control); essence and types of planning in management; organizational design and its stages; classification of organizational structures and methods of their construction; motivation and stimulation; substantive and procedural theories of motivation; the concept and content of control in management.
