            Course content

The program of the discipline focuses on the parameters of electromagnetic waves used in remote sensing; types of carriers of aerospace equipment; types of remote sensing; types of remote sensing devices; approaches to image pre-processing; signs of interpretation of terrestrial objects in space and aerial photographs. The task of the course is to learn to distinguish between types of remote materials, determine the scale of images, assess the level of input data and directly perform pre-processing, perform automated thematic decoding of images of the earth's surface and identify certain types of objects and covers based on available data. objects on remote materials and determine their spectral characteristics, have the basics of using the functionality of specialized software packages focused on the processing of aerospace data.

3rd semester:
Modular work "Electromagnetic radiation in remote sensing of the Earth" - 10 points (marginal score of 6 points).
Modular work "Methods and methods of obtaining images" - 10 points (marginal score of 6 points).
Scores for laboratory work - 20 points (threshold score of 12 points)
4th semester:
Modular work "Basic operations and levels of ground processing of space survey data" - 10 points (6-point limit).
Scores for laboratory work - 10 points (6 points score)
The 4th semester involves the implementation of course work.
2. The final assessment is conducted in the form of a written and oral exam.
