Course content
The discipline covers methods of detection, isolation, identification, storage and cultivation of soil, industrially important, sanitary-indicative microorganisms. Methods and techniques for selecting the optimal cultivation medium and determining the kinetic parameters of growth are considered. Much attention is paid to identifying the basic structural elements of pro- and eukaryotic cells. The course is designed to summarize the student's understanding of the basic methods of working with biological objects of different levels of organization (from whole organisms and their populations), as well as provide students with skills in planning and conducting experimental work using different methods and techniques to solve specific scientific problems. practical task.
