Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Successful mastering of courses "Microbiology", "Biochemistry", "Biotechnology", "Botany", "Plant Physiology". 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of soil indicators. 4. Have basic skills in working with microorganisms, culture, detection of morphological forms and cytological structures of bacteria. 5. The use of special literature to interpret the results obtained during the study of microbiological indicators in the study of various objects.
Course content
The discipline is a basic discipline that covers the main processes occurring with the participation of soil microorganisms (soil formation, cycles of basic chemical elements), the possibility of increasing soil fertility through the use of bacterial preparations. An important place is given to the study of soil microbial communities that play an important role in the formation of its fertility, the mechanisms of associative and symbiotic microorganisms on the plant, the practical use of microbial drugs to regulate plant life and increase their yields.
