Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of microbiology, virology, eukaryotic taxonomy .. 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of microbiological indicators. 4. Possession of basic skills of application of microbiological methods of isolation of pure cultures of microorganisms, methods of research of ultrastructure of a prokaryotic cell and its physiological features. 5. The use of special literature to interpret the results obtained in the identification of different strains of bacteria.
Course content
Sections of the program allow students to get an idea of different groups of prokaryotes. The presented material provides a sufficient level of knowledge of modern microbiologists to detect and identify cultured forms of microorganisms. The lecture material is grouped and considered in such a way that in some cases individual representatives of taxonomic groups are characterized, and in others - their certain physiological groups. groups of the 9th edition of "Determinant of Bergi bacteria"
