Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor".
2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, etc. disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature.
3. Have basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological laboratories.
Course content
The discipline is devoted to the study of disorders of biophysical and physicochemical processes in the cell in diseases of various origins. Considered
questions of biophysical bases of cell pathology, interrelation of pathological changes at the level of cell and organism, application of biophysical methods for diagnosis and
correction of pathologies. Particular attention is paid to various methods of modeling pathological conditions in biomedical research.
