Learning outcomes
It involves checking the general theoretical and practical training of graduates in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the educational and professional program "Cartography, geographic information systems, remote sensing of the Earth". The purpose of the comprehensive examination in the specialty is to establish the corresponding qualification level of the student to the requirements of the educational and professional program, necessary for awarding him a bachelor's qualification in the specified specialty. In order to successfully pass the comprehensive exam in the specialty and obtain a bachelor's degree in the specialty 103 "Earth Sciences", students must possess knowledge in the field of humanitarian, social-political, physical-mathematical, geographical, general economic and professional disciplines, as well as have skills and abilities to conduct practical activities in the field of cartography.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students who have successfully completed the full study of the material of the specified program and have no debts from disciplines and practices during the period of study are admitted to the comprehensive exam in the specialty.
Course content
The exam is conducted in written form at a meeting of the Examination Commission. The commission checks and evaluates the level of theoretical and practical training of students, establishes the compliance of the educational level of their training with the established requirements. Students' answers are evaluated in points for each question according to the defined evaluation criteria.
