Course content
The educational discipline "Philosophy" provides an opportunity
to attract students to the worldview and methodological culture accumulated by mankind throughout the history of its existence, to show the integral, integrative nature of knowledge about the surrounding world, to emphasize the fundamental importance for each person of his free worldview self-determination, the choice of active
life position, creation of good by strengthening the state and society through one's own activities. Philosophy for future specialists in natural and economic geography is a worldview and at the same time a methodological basis, on the basis of which
there is assimilation of humanitarian, general education, fundamental and applied disciplines. To a large extent, it is precisely thanks to it that it becomes possible for students' consciousness to go beyond narrowly professional training, to focus on universal human values.
