Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: to know the concept and general characteristics of land reform in Ukraine, its legal support, current legal issues of land market in Ukraine, legal regulation of reforming legislation on the State Land Cadastre and registration of property rights to land plots, legal regulation of land privatization in Ukraine, issues of improving legal support for land payment and management in the sphere of land relations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
It is mandatory to preliminary know the theory of state and law, land law, constitutional law, civil law, administrative law, financial law, criminal law.
Course content
The academic discipline is aimed at deepening knowledge in the sphere of legal regulation of land relations in Ukraine at the present stage. The specifics of legal support of key areas of land reform are revealed.
The discipline also involves studying the issues of legal regulation that arise in the process of privatization of land plots, public administration, resolution of land disputes, prosecution for violations of land legislation, etc.

Assessment methods and criteria
Types of continuous assessment are selected by the instructor who conducts practical classes in accordance with the training program. The instructor, who conducts practical classes, sets the number of grades scored from the continuous assessment and enters them in the relevant documents of student performance. If a student is absent from a practical lesson for good reasons, he/she may make up the missed class in extra-curricular classes within 7 days after the missed class during during the teacher's consultation hours. Academic detention is carried out by oral examination or by performing another type of task set by the instructor. Grades are not awarded for missed classes. At the end of the semester, student’s missed classes are not made up
