            PRN 6. Use professional arguments to convey information, ideas, problems and ways to solve them to specialists and non-specialists in the field of economic activity.
PRN 7. Explain the models of socio-economic phenomena in terms of fundamental principles and knowledge based on understanding the main directions of economic science.
PRN 10. To analyze the functioning and development of economic entities, to determine the functional areas, to calculate the relevant indicators that characterize the effectiveness of their activities.
PRN 12. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the results.
PRN 19. Use information and communication technologies to solve socio-economic problems, prepare and present analytical reports.

            Course content
        
        
            Theoretical and organizational bases of corporate culture are revealed. Manifestations of corporate culture in various aspects of enterprise activity are analyzed. Discipline is important in training economists for modern enterprises and corporations, as it provides an understanding of the nature, functions and importance of corporate culture in the management of modern enterprises and skills for its formation and development.

            Lecture, seminar. Participation in discussions at seminars, discussion of tasks, performance of practical tasks (tasks, cases). Execution of research on the chosen topic and presentation of its results. Tests. Case study, etc.
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Semester assessment:
 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum:
Oral interview, discussion - 20 points / 12 points;
2. Execution of individual practical tasks - 60 points / 36 points
3. Protection of independent work (Development of basic elements of corporate culture for a particular enterprise) - 20 points / 12 points;
Final evaluation: 40 points maximum / 24 points minimum:
Final control is carried out in the form of defense on the offset of independent work, which is estimated at a maximum of 20 + 20 points. The final grade in the student's discipline is set based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points obtained during the academic semester, including points obtained for independent work and its final defense.
