PLO 10. Conduct an analysis of the functioning and development of economic entities, identify functional areas, and calculate the relevant indicators that characterize the effectiveness of their activities. PLO 17. To perform multidisciplinary analysis of socioeconomic phenomena and problems in one or more professional fields, taking into account risks and possible socio-economic consequences PLO 5. To apply analytical and methodical tools for substantiating proposals and making managerial decisions by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and government authorities).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The discipline is based on theoretical knowledge obtained by students from such disciplines such as "Business Economics", "Management", "Microeconomics", "Finance", "Business Valuation" and some others. It is closely related to thematically discipline "Diagnosis of the enterprise".
Course content
The practice of management in a transformational economy is acute problems of ensuring the competitiveness of the economic potential of enterprises. It necessitates application at the level of strategic, tactical and operational enterprise management of relevant modern theoretical approaches and applied tools for analyzing its economic potential. The subject of study of the discipline is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied issues of formation and improvement of economic management system the potential of the enterprise aimed at ensuring a high level of efficiency for all areas and directions of its work.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Survey, solving problems and analytical tasks, situational exercises in laboratory work (RN 1; 2; 3; 4) - 50 points / 30 points; 2. Independent work - 10 points / 6 points - final assessment in the form of an exam A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she received less than 36 points during the semester. If the student's grade on the exam is lower than the minimum threshold level (24 points), the points for the exam are not added to the semester grade (considered equal to zero), and the final grade in the discipline is unsatisfactory.
