Course content
The discipline is devoted to the study of molecular and cellular mechanisms of action of pharmacological drugs of the main groups and the principles of pharmacological correction of pathological conditions. Quantitative aspects of ligand interaction with receptors, main mechanisms of action of pharmacological drugs at the level of cells, tissues, organs and organism (pharmacodynamics), patterns of changes in their concentration, metabolic transformations and excretion (pharmacokinetics), features of their influence depending on human genotype pharmacogenetics), as well as the mechanisms of action of drugs of major pharmacological groups on various functional systems of humans and animals under normal conditions and various pathological conditions.
