PR03. Use theories and laws of mathematics, physics, chemistry and other sciences to solve problems of modern biology. PR04. Understand the basic terms, concepts, principles, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and on the boundaries of subject areas. PR10. To establish regularities of interaction of living organisms of different forms of structural organization among themselves, features of influence of various factors on living organisms and to estimate their role in biosphere processes of biotic transformation of substances and energy PR15. Apply in professional activities methods for determining the structural and functional characteristics of biological systems at different levels of the organization. PR17. Through self-study to master new knowledge and modern methods of experimental research to solve problems of biology. PR21. Solve applied problems of biology appropriate methods. PR23.1. Possess (modern) basic biophysical methods in biological research.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Biophysics", "Molecular Biology", "Physiology and Anatomy of Man and Animals", "Microbiology", "Plant Physiology". 2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of biophysics, molecular biology, bioinformatics and other disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Have basic knowledge and skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological research.
Course content
Bioenergy is one of the important disciplines in the system of training highly qualified biologists, as it provides advanced knowledge of the main sources of energy for life processes, regulation of energy processes, mutual conversion of different types of energy in living organisms. on the one hand, and at the same time is a molecular information system - on the other. The discipline involves students gaining modern knowledge about the basic mechanisms of energy conversion in living systems at the macroscopic and quantum levels, features of structural and functional organization of energy supply systems at different levels of living organization.

Modular test 2 in the form of a presentation on a given topic - RN 1.3; 1.4 (Block of topics of section 3) - 30 points / 15 points 3. Evaluation of oral answers and additions - RN 1.1. - 2.1 - 20 points / 10 points 3. Final testing of PH 3.1 - 20 points / 10 points - final assessment: in the form of a test
