Such students’ academic achievements as: knowledge of concepts, features, mechanism, types, principles of criminal law qualification. Skills: to apply the acquired knowledge to make their own theoretical conclusions and qualify specific criminal situations. Communication: to participate in a professional discussion on theoretical issues of criminal law qualification. Autonomy and responsibility: to study independently theoretical problems of criminal law qualification.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching strategies: 1) lecture - a detailed report on the theoretical foundations of criminal law qualification; 2) discussion - a theoretical debate of the basic aspects of criminal law qualification; 3) independent work – including the list of recommended reading.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final score includes the sum of points obtained during the semester assessment (up to 40 points) and points obtained for the final test (up to 60 points). Assessment based on the results of the semester consists of assessments including the results of seminars, written tests and reports.
