The discipline is focused on learning the basics of theory and practice of investment, forming a system of knowledge about the organization and technology of investment, making sound investment decisions to find sources of investment, attracting financial resources, developing rational ways and schemes of investment.

Full-time form

Know: the basic principles of the enterprise; general logic of accounting policy of the enterprise; basics of legislative regulation of business activity; principles of cash flow formation at the enterprise; composition of the financial services market, basics of financial market regulation. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, generalization of knowledge, work with the regulatory framework.

Theoretical aspects of investing. Investment entities. Forms and types of investment. Innovative form of investment. Features of attracting and using foreign investment. Investment projects. The concept of the value of money over time. Methods of substantiation of expediency of real investments. Methods of substantiation of expediency of financial investments. Investment risks and basic methods of their research. Evaluation of financial investment strategy

Lectures, seminars, discussion, consideration of practical situations, oral examination, practical tasks, problem solving, presentation and defense of individual independent tasks, exam.

Assessment is carried out during the semester of all types of work: oral performance of practical tasks with elements of discussion during seminars; written performance of calculation-analytical, situational, test, creative individual tasks, written tests; written performance, presentation and defense of group and individual independent tasks; written exam. A student is not admitted to the exam if he scored less than 36 points during the semester. To be admitted to the exam, the student must write the tests provided by the program, solve practical problems, present and defend independent works or write the final semester test. The grade for the exam cannot be less than 24 points to get an overall positive grade for the course. The condition for obtaining a positive final grade in the discipline is to achieve at least 60 points.

Ukrainian
