Learning outcomes
PLR 3. Know and use economic terminology, to explain the basic concepts of micro and macroeconomics. PLR 4. Understand the principles of economic science, especially the functioning of economic systems. PLR 7. Explain models of socio-economic phenomena in terms of fundamental principles and knowledge on the basis of understanding of the main directions of economic science. П PLR 12. Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the reasons for the emergence and mechanism of solving the main contradictions between the boundless needs of economic entities and limited resources; Features of the mechanism of formation of market equilibrium; Signs of various types of market structures, the evolution of microeconomic analysis, the role of the state in regulating market processes. Possess elementary skills calculating the parameters of market equilibrium; Determination of the mechanism for making decisions by individual economic microsystems that seek to achieve the goals set.
Course content
The subject of educational discipline is to search and choose rational economic decisions by individual economic entities in the process of their economic activity, the laws of functioning of economic entities in various market situations. The program of discipline consists of two content modules: the content module "Fundamentals of Microeconomic Analysis" is devoted to the study of issues of demand and supply in the commodity market and the establishment of partial equilibrium, the study of consumer behavior, as well as the behavior of a separate firm and the formation of its costs in specific market conditions. Semantic module "Microeconomic Pricing Analysis on various types of markets for goods and resources" is oriented to study the peculiarities of the ratio of demand and supply, depending on different types of markets (markets of perfect or imperfect competition), pricing for factors of production, as well as the features of achieving a general equilibrium.

Assessment methods and criteria
Participation in the implementation of practical exercises, performing situational tasks, preparation and protection of independent work, modular. Evaluation rules. 1. Discussion, oral questioning (pH 1.1.-1.6, 2.1-2.4, 3.1-3.4, 4) - 10 points / 6 points; 2. solving tasks (pH 1.2-1.6, 2.1-2.4) - 10 points / 9 points; 3. Testing (pH 1.2-1.6, 2.1-2.4) - 10 points / 9 points; 4. Modular control work (2 μR, 10 points max. Each) - 20 points / 12 points. 5. Independent work (pH 3.1-3.3, 4) - 10 points / 6 points. Final assessment in the form of an exam: maximum score – 40 points, boundary grade – 24 points. The exam is in writing, consists of theoretical answers, tests, calculation tasks.
