Course content
The discipline "Biochemistry" is part of the program of training specialists of the educational level "Bachelor" in the educational-professional program "Biology". This discipline is a mandatory biological discipline, the purpose of which is to form in students the theoretical basic knowledge needed to determine the complex processes of transformation and interaction between the main components of living things. In the context of studying the discipline, much attention is paid to the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, their interconversion and the role in the energy supply of the cell.
