Course content
The course "General Cytology" is a course on the structure, functioning, evolution, ontogenesis of the cell as an elementary unit of life. Its tasks are: to acquaint students with the laws of structure, development, metabolism in the cells of living beings; to form an idea of the origin and general patterns of evolutionary development of cells; to form an idea of the structure and functioning of cells and their components; to give students an idea of current trends and directions of basic scientific and applied research in cytology and related sciences.
