PLO.12. Be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (unit). PLO.13. Apply the tools of corporate governance to solve problems of development of enterprises and organizations of different types of economic activity. PLO 18. Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the content of major economic disciplines.
2. Be able to analyze economic relations in corporate enterprises and prepare presentations using consolidated financial statements.
3. Have knowledge of economic theory, business economics, management, corporate finance, have the skills to conduct micro and macroeconomic analysis.
Course content
"Corporate governance" is a mandatory and introduces students to the basic conceptual and categorical apparatus of corporate governance, key theories, concepts and guidelines for corporate oversight, methods and tools for isolation of corporate issues in the context of economic activity of corporate enterprises, introduction and enforcement of advanced international standards and principles of corporate governance of the OECD.

1. Survey and solution of situational tasks (LO 1.1. - 1.6.) - 20 points / 12 points;
2. Independent work - calculated individual task (LO 3.1-3.3., 2.1.-2.5., 4.1.-4.3.) - 40 points / 24 points;
Final assessment in the form of an exam.
