Course content
The discipline covers both legal and engineering aspects of land management to obtain accurate information on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of land and its location. The main land management activities (privatization of land plots, creation of a land allotment project, maintenance of the land cadastre, etc.) are not possible without conducting appropriate geodetic surveys. But the specifics are different from the general (basic) topographic, geodetic and cartographic activities. Therefore, the subject of study of the discipline is the peculiarities of conducting topographic, geodetic and cartographic works, taking into account legal aspects for the needs of land management.
