Learning outcomes
PLO 1. use the technical Ukrainian language orally and in writing and be able to communicate in a foreign language (English) in the circle of specialists in geodesy and land management;
PLO 11. to possess the methods of organization of topographic-geodetic and land management production from field measurements to management and implementation of topographic and land management products based on the use of knowledge of the basics of legislation and production management.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine and by-laws, which contain material and procedural norms aimed at determining the grounds, content and procedure for protecting land rights of subjects of land legal relations, types of land disputes, specifics of their resolution, etc. .
2. Be able to independently solve practical situations related to the application of legislation, correctly applying the provisions of normative legal acts; draw up and analyze the content of procedural documents related to the resolution of land disputes, apply legal norms in the presence of complex and conflicting situations, etc.
3. To have basic skills in preparing drafts of objections, petitions and other procedural documents taking into account the specifics of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve land disputes.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at forming an appropriate level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in resolving land disputes. Within the academic discipline, the general characteristics of land disputes in Ukraine, their classification, legal forms of resolution, institutional and functional support for the resolution of land disputes, features of the use of means and methods of protection of land rights in the resolution of land disputes, as well as the implementation of decisions of jurisdictional bodies based on the results of consideration of land disputes are studied disputes etc.
