Learning outcomes
PLO 3. To know the regulatory and legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state land registration procedures. PLO 8. Develop land management projects, land management and cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation, draw maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technologies, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry PLO 9. To process the results of geodetic measurements, topographic and cadastral surveys, using geographic information technologies and computer software and database management systems

1. Know the theoretical and practical basics of building and managing databases and geoinformatics. 2. Have the skills to work in the software environment of the geographic information system.
Course content
The discipline is devoted to the study of the digital real estate inventory process using the example of creating a geospatial database of the urban cadastre. The tasks and features of the urban planning cadastre as a geospatial data base that combines information from various spheres of urban planning activity are considered. The geoinformation system is considered as a convenient tool for creating and maintaining the relevance of urban cadastre data due to the presence of two components: metric and attributive. The practical component is implemented by creating a geodatabase of the urban cadastre with restrictions in the form of domains with a conceptual representation of its model in the editor of the geoinformation system schemes.

Assessment methods and criteria
Final evaluation in the form of an exam (oral/written form): the maximum number of points on the exam - 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester ones - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points assigned to the exam). Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 36 points. A student is admitted to the exam on the condition that he submits all the reports for independent work provided for in the plan. For works not submitted by the specified deadline, 2 points are deducted for each day of delay.
