Learning outcomes
PLO 4. Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas. PLO 8. Use specialized software and information systems to solve management problems of the organization. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 12. Be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (unit). PLO 13. Be able to plan and implement information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). PLO 19. Apply methods for assessing the effectiveness of investment portfolio management, methods of fundamental and technical analysis in investment decisions, modern models and methods for optimizing real and financial investments.

1. Successful mastering of basic disciplines of training specialists in the field of knowledge "Management of Organizations" at the bachelor's level. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, management decision-making, business planning, business economics, personnel management, financial and investment management, budgeting, quality management, risk management, etc.

Project stakeholder management. Project content management. Project duration management. Project cost management. Content module 2 "Project Management Practice". Project quality management. Project human resources planning. Project communications management. Project risk management. Project Procurement Management. Implementation and completion of the project. Multiproject management.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, laboratory work, discussions, cases, situational and / or practical tasks, consultations, independent work, educational project, internship in the PMO training project office.
Assessment methods and criteria
Current assessment: - individual task, case 5 points / 3 points; - test tasks 5 points / 3 points - situational, calculation and analytical task 5 points / 3 points Independent work: defense of a training project and internship at PMO. - educational project (independent work during the semester) 20/12 points - internship at PMO The final grade is conducted in the form of an exam with a maximum score of 40 points (maximum score of 24 points). The final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points), which is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester The learning outcomes that are assessed during the exam are LO 1.1. - 4.4.
