Learning outcomes
PLO8. Evaluate historical achievements and the latest achievements of literary studies.
PLO9. To characterize the theoretical foundations (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) and applied aspects of Crimean Tatar philology.
PLO10. Collect and systematize linguistic, literary, folklore facts, interpret and translate texts of different styles and genres into the Crimean Tatar language.
PLO11. Carry out scientific analysis of linguistic, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalizations based on independently processed data.

Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form theoretical knowledge of higher education students in literary studies as a special branch of philology, to study the influence of modern trends on Turkic literature, to study European literary trends and Turkic literary achievements within them.
The discipline is theoretical and practical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of future philologists' experience in analyzing texts necessary for their future professional activities. The content of this discipline, firstly, provides future specialists with knowledge of modern literary trends, secondly, encourages higher education students to rethink the place of Turkic literature in the world, and thirdly, makes it possible to expand the field of activity of future philologists by applying the acquired knowledge and skills.

Lectures and practical classes, independent work, presentation and essay (working with different sources), creative and research tasks
Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation of semester work:
1. Work in practical classes: LO 1.1-1.4, 2.1-2.2, 3.1-3.3, 4 - 10/30 points.
2. Creative and research tasks: LO 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 4 - 20/30 points.
Module test:
10 points - the student gave the correct answer to each of the tasks, which is 100%.
8 points - the student has completed more than 60% of the tasks correctly.
4-1 points - the student gave the correct answer to only a part of the tasks, which is less than 50% and does not indicate mastery of the material.
