Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. PLO 2 Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations (in terms of staffing). PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and implement effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems.

1. Successful mastering of the courses "Management", "Modern information technologies in economics", "Personnel management", "Socio-political studies", "Management decisions", "Organization of teamwork", "Self-management", "Organization of managerial work", "Ethics of business communication", "Time Management", "HR Management", "Rhetoric". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management and personnel management.
Course content
Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of leadership" The concept of leadership: the essence, socio-psychological and economic nature. Leadership and power. Leadership and influence. Characteristic features of a leader: physical characteristics, mental abilities, character traits, social characteristics, characteristics related to participation in the work process. Behavioral and situational leadership. Leader and team: leadership in working with team; team functions in the organization; characteristics of a highly effective team; team roles according to Belbin; team leadership factors; leader of a successful team. Content module 2. "Creative leadership". The phenomenon of creative leadership; creative leadership in project management; creative leadership in the art sphere: the phenomenon of the curator; development of managerial potential of a manager in creative fields; creative leadership in Ukraine: realities and support.

Assessment methods and criteria
Сurrent assessment: 1. Test 1 - LO 1.1; 1.2, 1.3. - 15 points / 11 points 2. Calculation and analytical tasks - LO 2.1, 2.2.– 20 points / 12 points 3. Practical tasks - LO 1.3 .; 2.1; 2.2; - 9 points / 5 points 4. Practical tasks - LO 1.3; 2.1; 2.2; 31; 4.1; 4.2 - 11 points / 7 points 5. Test work 2 - LO 2.1; 2.2; - 15 points / 11 points The final evaluation is carried out in the form of a final test maximum score of 25 points (marginal score of 15 points). The total number of points from discipline (maximum 100 points), which is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester and according to the results of the final test. Learning outcomes that are assessed during the test are LO 1.1. - 4.2.
