Know the latest doctrinal provisions on the modernization trends of industry-forming features of social security law of Ukraine. Know the problems of systematization of social security legislation of Ukraine. Be able to research and draw conclusions about the peculiarities of social and legal functioning of organizational and legal forms of social security in Ukraine. Be able to analyze current issues of social work in Ukraine with vulnerable groups. Possess the skills to prepare information and analytical conclusions on theoretical, practical and legal issues of social security law in Ukraine.

Know the development of scientific thought on the formation of social security law as a branch of law. Be able to analyze the problems of social security legislation in order to identify current legal problems and find ways to solve them. Possess the skills to prepare abstract research on the problems of social security legislation of Ukraine.

Theoretical and practical issues of updating the industry features of the social security law of Ukraine. Problems of systematization of social security legislation. Legal status of subjects of social security law in modern conditions. Problems and prospects of reforming organizational and legal forms of social security of Ukraine. Legal issues of social insurance functioning in Ukraine. Problems of legislative support of social and legal assistance of the population at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine.

The maximum final grade for the discipline can be 100 points. The student can receive a maximum of 60 points in the exam, to which the points obtained by the student during seminars are added. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the final test may not be less than 36 points. If the student scored less than 36 points in the exam, the latter are not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points obtained during the semester), the information in the “exam points” column “0” and only the number of points obtained during the semester is transferred to the column “resulting grade”.
