Content module 1: "Theoretical principles of knowledge management". Conceptual principles of knowledge management methodology. Fundamentals of knowledge economy. Knowledge engineering. Content module 2: "Applied aspects of knowledge management". Organization and management of knowledge in a modern organization. Corporate knowledge management systems .

Assessment methods and criteria
Current assessment: 1. Assessment for work in seminars and tests on theoretical principles and innovative approaches to personnel management of the organization - 40 points (24 points limit score). 2. Evaluation for seminar work and control work on strategic aspects of personnel management - 40 points (threshold score 24 points). The final evaluation is carried out in the form of a test with a maximum score of 20 points (marginal score of 12 points).
